Product Overview

ResiRoof GRP Roofing Topcoat 5kg Premium is a premium-quality isophthalic topcoat that is designed to provide a durable and watertight finish for flat or sloping roofs. It is formulated for use with ResiRoof GRP fibreglass matting/Resin system and is available in a variety of sizes to meet different project requirements. roofing topcoat

  • 5kg topcoat and 100g catalyst (required but not included)
  • Recommended for use on flat or sloping roofs
  • Good levelling characteristics and sag resistance
  • Tack-free and watertight
  • Excellent water and weather resistance
  • Maintenance-free finish

Preparation

  • Ensure your fibreglass surface is sanded with 40-grade sandpaper
  • Wipe clean with acetone
  • Make sure the surface is dust-free and completely dry

Application

  • Apply out of direct sunlight and heat
  • Add a maximum of 2% ResiRoof Catalyst by volume
  • Mix thoroughly by hand, avoiding mechanical mixing
  • Apply approximately 0.6kg per m2 using a ResiRoof short pile roller
  • Apply to main roof areas and edges and corners with a brush

  • 10kg container: 16.6m2
  • 20kg container: 33.2m2
