Just browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. Click 'confirm' to go onto more items or 'checkout now' if you have finished your selection. Next you will be asked to enter a few details about yourself that we require to process the order, then just click ''confirm'' and the order is submitted. Before you can submit the order, you will be asked to accept our terms and conditions. By ticking this box you are agreeing that you have read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions. Once you have submitted the order through our website you will be sent an automatic email which acknowledges your order. For the purposes of contract law, this email confirmation is not acceptance or confirmation of any contract. We will indicate acceptance of the order and therefore the contract by sending you the goods and the contract will be confirmed and concluded by you receiving either a printed or emailed invoice for the order. Occasionally we will not have the amount of stock that may be required to process an order, if this happens, you will be contacted by phone and/or email on the day we receive the order. We will contact you to inform you of the revised delivery date, back order the items or offer suitable alternatives. If the options presented are not suitable you can cancel either the items in question or the whole order. If we substitute the items and the substitutes are unsatisfactory then you have the right to cancel these items and we will collect them. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be put on hold until you have contacted us to discuss the order. Our website is designed to make it easy to change your order at the shopping cart and checkout, but if you are unable to rectify a mistake or make a change, please contact us by phone or email and we will assist you. Shipping And Handling Orders required to be delivered on the next day MUST be placed before 12 Midday. All orders placed after 1pm are likely to be despatched on the following working day. Orders are processed and deliveries undertaken during working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays. 3 day deliveries may be delivered sooner. 3 working days does not include the day of despatch. The prices stated are for delivery to mainland England, Wales and southern Scotland. Other areas in the UK, such as northern Scotland, Northern Ireland and all offshore islands may be charged at higher rates and a next working day service may not be available. Northern Scotland postcodes include AB, IV, KW, PA20-80 and PH5-50. If your delivery charge shows as £0.01 then this is not the true cost and there will be more to pay. This is because certain outlying areas of the UK are priced on application by our couriers and therefore our website is unable to calculate the cost at the time of the order. We will contact you with the actual delivery cost and to take payment of the additional costs. Delivery Schedule Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Despatch Service (that is 3 day or Next Day) excludes despatch date, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. If your order arrives before 12pm, we will normally despatch your order the same day. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We will deliver to the delivery address as instructed by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring an authorised person is present at the address to sign for and take delivery of the goods. CRS and/or their couriers will not be held liable for any losses if an unauthorised person takes delivery of the goods. All larger items and consignments of our goods are classed as hazardous and therefore the delivery drivers cannot leave goods unattended. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the goods. If this may be a problem, please call us for advice. Most small items will be delivered by parcel courier and they can be left somewhere secure if you provide clear instructions at the time of order. There is a 'special instructions' box on the 'delivery address' page of the website for this purpose. We will assume that all delivery addresses can be accessed easily by lorries. If not, then it is your responsibility to inform us of any access restrictions to the delivery address at the time of order. Our couriers will try to deliver your order twice. If unable to deliver then they will leave contact cards. If they do not receive contact from you or us within the following week, the order will be returned to CRS. If you request an order to be re-sent from CRS to yourself after it has been returned to CRS for the above reasons, further delivery charges will be incurred. Delivery time periods are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. CRS uses third party courier companies and on rare occasions, delays may occur due to reasons beyond ours and their control. Because delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed, purchasers are not entitled to consider late delivery to automatically be a breach of contract. For these reasons, we strongly recommend that you do not book any contractors, tradesmen or urgent work until you have received and checked the goods. Our liability to you shall not, in any event, include losses to third parties or losses related to any business of yours, such as profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these terms and conditions or our legal duties. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. Credit Card Security There are no known cases of credit or debit card fraud occurring whilst using our shopping system over the internet. We use a secure third party payment gateway, PayPal, to process all card payments. This way no card details are passed through or stored on any of CRS's websites. Guarantee We take pride in the quality of our products and hope that you will find them satisfactory. In the event of a fault or an error we will replace it as soon as possible. If we are unable to replace the item or provide a suitable alternative then we will refund you. JOIN CRS Our Trade Terms Exclusive access to our trade prices are available to trade customers only we reserve the right to update amend and change the prices of our products at any time. Usage We monitor user usage of our trade area of the website, we reserve the right to deny access to logins after periods of inactive use. We will monitor usage on a 3-6 monthly basis our high account users will benefit from further discounts. Price notifications will be sent via user email addresses on record Payment to CRS must be made in full before we dispatch any order's. Shipping will be calculated at head office. An invoice will be sent for your consent. Order before 12pm for Same Day Dispatch For orders placed before 12pm we will process your order the same day for next working day delivery. Please still allow 1-3 working days Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day with delivery the next working day after. Please allow 1-3 working days Delivery Times On the day of your delivery our courier's will arrive any time between 7.30am and 5.30pm. Should you require a more specific time of delivery please make a note of this on your order, or call us on 0207 101 3977 We make every effort to ensure that your roofing materials and accessories arrive in A1 condition. All adhesives, tools and accessories are individually wrapped in bubble wrap before being packed in to the cardboard boxes. Larger roof membranes weighing over 60kg may be delivered on a pallet. If so these will be secured with banding and then shrink wrapped to ensure the membrane arrives in perfect condition. Wherever possible we like to re-use packaging inline with our Environmental Policy so don’t be surprised if your order arrives in perfect condition in a recycled box. Returns Returns can only be accepted on non-cut goods. So if you are ordering any of our roofing membrane be sure to order the correct sizes. All return products such as Adhesives, Sealant and Accessories must be returned 14 days after point of sale. If the purchaser is returning unwanted items for any reason other than the items being faulty, incorrect or unsuitable substitutions then a re-stocking charge of 20% of the goods value will be charged to the purchaser. Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by the Company, the Company will meet the cost of return provided the Company nominates the carrier.
