Grp Products are fairly straightforward to use, you don't need any special qualifications to apply GRP. we would suggest watching the installation guided videos prior to starting your project.
GRP Topcoat mixed with water isn't likely to cure hard any time soon. We strongly advise against Topcoating unless you know there's a good dry weather window ahead of your scheduled start date.
This one is a No No No, your GRP Materials would be scrap, CSM (Chopped Strand Mat) contains emulsion bound materials. Water will simply ruin the binding agent in the matting, turning it chalky white. The material is likely to fall to pieces when damp or wet. Store this item in a dry warm place.
If your boards got wet there's a possibility the joints in the OSB Tongue & Groove may swell up
