It is formulated with low odour and low VOC (volatile organic compound) content, making it a safe and environmentally friendly option for roof repairs.

Coverage:
TekCryl One Coat Roof Repair Black 5kg can cover up to 2.5m² to 5m² per 5kg tin, depending on the surface being repaired.
Application:
- Preparation:
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from debris, moss, lichen, dust, and dirt.
- If any signs of fungicidal growth are present, treat the area with a fungicidal wash according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- For metal surfaces, use a wire brush to remove any rust and provide a clean and secure base for adhesion.
- Cut and seal any splits or blisters to prevent further damage or water infiltration.
- Application:
- Apply TekCryl One Coat Roof Repair Black 5kg evenly to the prepared surface using a short pile roller or brush.
- Apply two coats, allowing the first coat to dry completely before applying the second.
- For best results, apply the sealant at a temperature of between 10°C and 30°C.
